Yoga is the practice of preparing the body for meditation. Explore how to make yoga work for your body. There is no one right way! No matter your starting point or perceived capabilities, we’ll work together to increase flexibility and learn to listen to the body.

Prenatal Yoga

Experienced or new, learn how yoga can support you during pregnancy and laboring comfortably. With focus on grounding, awareness of the pelvis and increased flexibility, we learn how to safely move and connect to baby.

Children’s Yoga

Fun explorations of movement using stories, song, and dance. Children’s yoga can also support children through life transitions and learning how to express feelings.
